Biography
It all started with this guy. In 1987, Clayton met Jesus and sensed a call from the Lord to be an evangelist. At the tender age of 14, he began preaching the Gospel. In 1995, Clayton took his next step and founded Crossroads Summer Camp, in his college dorm room. Crossroads flowed naturally out of his preaching ministry and since then has developed into a multi-faceted ministry known as Clayton King Ministries that reaches hundreds of thousands of people around the world each year.
Today, Clayton is still an evangelist, proclaiming the reconciliation of Christ through the Gospel. He also serves the ministry as vision-castor and pastor. He spends nearly 250 days of the year on the road teaching at churches, universities and various events. When he’s not preaching the Gospel, he’s writing, currently studying to author his 12th book.
He’s married to Sharie King, his wife and ministry partner. Together, they have two boys, Jacob and Joseph.
