Toy Hine

Toy Hine is the Director of Special Needs Ministry at Thomas Road.  She arrived at Lynchburg Baptist College in 1973 and begin serving at the church. She joined the staff several years after graduation to serve in the Preschool and Elementary Ministries.  Since launching this ministry in 2007, her passion is to create a welcoming environment for every child, teen and adult with a special need. With a large volunteer team, this weekly ministry is able to meet the spiritual needs of families impacted by disabilities.
