God’s Dream for your Church

Matt Willmington encourages pastors about our dreams for our church. Three dangerous dreams Matt tells about are selfish, squashed and small dreams. God has a plan for you and your church.

Let God birth His dreams in you…we must seek after the dreamgiver and not the dream.

Matt encourages these immediate action steps:

1. Make a list of your dreams and plans.
2. Talk about those dreams with others on your team.
3. Talk with your staff about which dreams may be selfish, squashed or small.
4. Identify God’s dreams (they will always focus all the glory on Him).
5. Devote yourself to loving God, discipline yourself to carry out his directives that He gives you.
